Connecticut's housing-finance arm put up $17.75 million in
financing for the purchase and renovation of Stamford's 200-unit Bayview Towers
low- to moderate-income apartment development.
According to a craigslist ad the Bayview Towers, an
affordable apartment community, has re-opened the wait list for Section 8
apartments. This program offers rent based on 30% of adjusted monthly income to
income-eligible households. All utilities are included in rent!
Bayview Towers features newly renovated one, two, three and
four bedroom apartments with private balconies. Located in downtown Stamford,
CT and just steps from public transportation.
Bayview Towers is manage by HallKeen Management on behalf of
the NHP Foundation. The NHP Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to
making investments that preserve and create affordable multifamily housing for
low- to moderate-income families and seniors. The Foundation also provides a
comprehensive array of programs and services to enhance the quality of life for
its residents.
