The Brazoria County Housing Authority (BCHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open.  Application are now accepted  July 12, 2021 at 8:00 am, until July 16, 2021 at 4:00 pm CT.

Please note: According to the BCHA representative the average wait time could range from few months up to 5+ years.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live or work in Brazoria County, Texas.
• Elderly or Disabled
• Working

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
